I still remember being shook when he showed up on screen. He’s the only thing I remember from any of the avengers stuff due to that intro & all he did as Bucky before being sprung.

That’s actually kinda cool. To recognize it’s a…signature that piques me. A physical insurrection, almost. It’s archetypal character design. Yul Brynner talked about how the first thing he did to find a carac was lead with how the guy moved. Once he got that, the whole thing unfurled for him. His acting teacher drilled it down to shoes.
