The reason I am ambivalent about the ‘divine feminine’ space cadet cosplay of the other day is because I see it differently. It’s all the public sucking off of a Patriarchal corpse, in hope of reviving it.
- Out of ALL of them who signed on For the commercial, Gayle King is the only one it’d make societal & psychological sense to be sincerely caught up from a real place. Gayle is fn 70 years old- she was literally a kid when all that space race psyop shit hopped off.;
- NOBODY has left the fn Van Allen belts. Look it up;
- It was the same “look over here” shit the first space race was. Americans were getting utterly railed by the US Govt during that period that they got everyone to look up into the sky. This time? Only a speck of folks took the bait;
- The same hollow, performative femininity they shellacked themselves in “to go to space” -when the brunt of women don’t even slip on lipgloss to go on a coffee run – was Allllllll over the performative masculinity of the dudes that went up there & cauterized the male brains of a generation of boys. Not to truly push to technologically Pursue all it’d take To manifest effective space travel in the 60+ years that followed the show, but instead to bray like neutered idiots that they wanna be astronauts, wistfully dreaming of running to another planet to destroy instead of doing the truly Manly thing & fixing what the fuck they fucked up here;
- They were sure their commercial was going to be IT, that day’s main event… and Tdawg willfully drowned alllllll of it out as it happened, like a shady queen who openly hates “women” and anyone coming for his news feed;
- They didn’t go to fucking “Space.”
DOn’t make me nerd the fuck out on you people before I go into session, because I sooooo will.
