Some of this stuff can seem over the top, but… Start where you are.

If you’re not going to do a simple #saltwaterflush, stop binge eating & drinking, stop smoking, or #cutoutprocessedfoods from your diet…

it’s stupid to go and invest in a #redlighttherapy machine or session.

You don’t care enough about you yet to “make that investment.”

Even if you do it, you’ll sabotage the “work” you do to punish yourself for “thinking” you’re ‘better’ than you “know” you are.

But…It’s not as bad as it sounds… just recognize That’s what’s up and that’s “where” you currently “are”… so you can fix it.

You CAN do practice runs of the modality though. To teach your nervous system that doing it is safe slowly. Eventually, you’ll put the doughnut down…and just do the thing on autopilot.

That being said~ you can #cutsugarfromyourdiet for a week AND get some #rawsilk #garshanagloves on Amazon for like 10 bucks and learn how to give yourself #lymphaticmassage with those gloves-

(…it’s really effing easy, EVEN 1X a month to start is fine… and IF you do it your body responds to it very quickly- meaning you will feel better- okay , you might get a little nauseous as all of the toxins are getting whipped up to get flushed out… but a Win is a win).


You can also get #mugwort balls on Amazon for five bucks {#mugwortpatches #mugwortnavelpatches}.. but I suggest cleaning up your diet a bit before you start messing with detoxes that are Going to make your dreams more lucid.

Learning how to #touchyourface with love is going to do 10 times more for you than any $300 face cream that you’re investing all of your power in while still hating the face that looks at you in the mirror…

Take those #puffyeyes & #darkcircles as proof of you taking in a lot of toxic stuff [ that you are looking at, feeding on as food and content]…but ALSO teach your ass some new tricks:

1)sleep on your back. For fucks sake. Figure it out! You’re not a baby!lol

3) Get a stash of those gel under eye patches. Funny aside? These work psychologically more than literally, initially. All the stuff slapping them on kicks up in you is the shit about ‘not loving yourself’ you hafta work through to stop being a hellion.

Besides~ everybody’s a princess sometimes. Yes, that includes you, Jerry! You too, Sharon!

You need to stop giving your attention to a lot of this mess. You’re feeding Something either way. This shit is metaphysical…showing up in the physical.

Don’t beat yourself up for it- recognize what you’re doing that’s feeding the issue psychologically AND physically (if you’re taking in a lot of stuff that’s going to make you bloat out,for example).

They are after our attention big time.


& you attending to yourself is your strongest FOUNDATIONAL weapon.

#protectyourgarden but you have to recognize #youareagarden before you can understand why you need to protect it. Our ‘best food’ grows from there.

For you to be a garden means you need to pay attention to what you put in your ground.

For you to be good ground you have to get the gunk out.

I mean… know you’re technically good ground from jump ( in general), but you still got to get the gunk out you allowed before you Knew that.

…so your ground can do what you want it to do.

…which is to bloom~
