Braised all day osso bucco or beef ribs is my Christmas Meal go to. Think it started in Miami on a mural. A celebratory meal at a spot called the Forge.
With braised collards, potatoes, a few other things… and maybe a riff on the macaroni and cheese that jamaican-american roommates taught me 15 years ago that I can’t ever not do anymore.
