I don’t profess to know the highs & lows of that Rainbow Acres place but I CAN say their in house pico de gallo is Hands down the best pico de gallo I’ve ever had.
& I’ve run with folks who made it Authentically, like “from their gut, mother’s mother’s mother recipe good-“
… the plate ain’t even trying to be pretty- I’m mid- menu design with the brunt of things loading in tomorrow (hence today’s exploration) and realized I was famished.
I just used it to top off some broiled swordfish leftover from last night I’d rammed into these cauliflower egg crepe things I also found there by crepini (also frigging delicious) and even before drizzling dragon & jalapeno sauce on anything, the first one was gone.
