It’d explain the bizarre focus on re-entering these “Idyllic Golden Ages” often pushed by Fascists if the bloodlines doing the peculiar pushing are the ones who were caught totally by surprise by what their nonsense triggered 12,000 years ago. Like imagine…if they are who were still trying to figure out the theory of world domination they’d been chewing on when catastrophe hit….and just loaded themselves up into the simulation that hadn’t been fully tested.
They could be mitochondrially carrying the psychological block to their own stupid, deliberately degenerative behavior due to all the inbreeding amongst them as culture climbed back up through the ruins of the last world…and those blocks can have them doomed to repeat the creation of the catastrophe their forefathers created & died without learning from.
It’d also explain how what we now call indigenous cultures all have stories of some survivor from that previous “world” having to come and “teach” humanity how to be human again.
It’d even explain why the survivors Had to be “taught humanity” if, in that destroyed by its own hubris culture the same viciousness and arrogance helming the haves cannibalizing the have-nots that we see today had a large swath of humans living literally, tangibly and metaphysically in subhuman states for generations.
It’d explain the divergences in what that definition of “humanity” was, depending on who clawed up out of their own muck that blew up in their faces…& humbled, went out proselytizing to survivors.
& if you really want your noodle fucked with…. look into what the southwest Native American and Meso-american cultures honored the place before this place as, as a people. Aztlan. The 18th and 19th century books [that I was wildly addicted to as a 5th grader] said Atlantis was inhabited by Toltecs ( who they saw as the ancestors of that day’s Amerindians) or copper-skinned Hyperboreans( that Edgar Cayce picked up on in the 20th century).
Then think about how much culture European civilization destroyed expanding here in the 1700 & 1800s. Ditto for everywhere they went on this planet, controlling the narrative. You see it in the way they bastardized the very words they supposedly translated from ancient records.
In the 20th century, these fucks made Aztlan – which means “a place of Herons” in Nahuatl- suddenly translate to ” a place of whiteness.” Once again trying to force themselves into the narrative landscape of a place they were not part of outside of as enemies and colonizers.

I really want you to think about the mental state of a soul… that broke its world trying to kill off everyone that was not as “white” as them… people who took the whiteness of their skin as a white-out of their horrific actions. Imagine that these people broke their necks trying to capture the concepts undergirding Ai and simulations… and transferring consciousness… using tech to pretend to have feelings…all the Davros talking points of the past ten years… running towards cloning and all… figuring out how to get their consciousness into the simulations they built…right before their world exploded. & then… picture them having spent the past 11,900 ‘years’…or programming iterations in a cube somewhere in ‘space’ & ‘time’…trapped…in the simulation they built… with the very ones they blew up the world trying to erase.
Imagine an Ai wanting to remove that psychosis from them… the way an Ai would approach such a problem post-singularity event. Via exposure.
