You can know someone by who they like. Just like who they ‘don’t like or support is a tell too. 🤷🏻. You don’t have to get why they like them, the ins & outs. Just THAT they do. Shi Heng Yi has been like “that’s what I’m talking bout “since February 2020, during the lead-in to covid. Dropping bars.

I even hurt myself following his training. In 2021. Mah first sports injury lol. He is so good…it never crossed my mind to not continue.

That was paradigm shifting for me.

This is the longest I’ve gone not qigonging since before covid. Couple months. He starts pelting me with bars when it’s time to get back on it.

God is not PUTTING YOU ON THIS EARTH...incomplete.

shi heng yi

eh. It’s almost 1am in the middle of the 50th year of my life, my charge has kept me up the brunt of the last 96 hours, and that’s what I look like, raw. Frankly? I know that’d be fn impressive at 35, let alone fiddy lol. I’m good. It’s all good.

Fuck it- it’s fucking glorious, got dammit.

😜 grace of God.

I’ll share one:

If I’d known better when I got clotheslined by Ray Bradbury’s The Veldt at age ten, I would’ve leaned into being an author, sooner. He said he’d carried those lions with him since the age of ten when I finally looked into it. I even wrote a book in fifth grade. About some crazed princess. Vaguely recall it. But clear as day I see the drawing of her being victorious at the end of it. It was standard “draw princess” style. I think that is where all that( and the standard puppy stuff) stopped.

What are your top three "If I'd known better, I'd have known~" things in your life?
