You came in on the middle of this. Series-wise. IF this is working for you, you can go back to the beginning of the 7 day series and complete the few sessions you missed. The cool thing about the platform is it notes when you’ve completed a class. A few days will be given to Do, or do Not before the next stage begins😉.
